We are here to promote national and liberal agenda within the Likud party.
We are national-liberals. We established Nativ to promote a pragmatic and responsible political right, free and competitive economy, a liberal secular democracy and a honorable public conduct and atmospher.
Join Us to Nativ baLikud. Together we will form a large and influential force, unite the liberal forces and fight for the only political home that we have. To do so We need to become a large force of members.
Support us and join the Likud!
Free market is a necessary condition for economic growth and prosperity. Markets need to be opened to competition, reduce burdensome regulation and to make it easier for businesses. We will act to abolish institutions that block competition and serve interest groups.

There is no magic solution to the Palestinian conflict and at the moment there is no one to reach an agreement with. History has proven that security brings peace, not vice versa. The basis for all political agreement is the recognition of Israel as the national homeland of the Jewish people and Jerusalem as the undivided capital.

Israel should increase its enforcement in the border areas. The law must be enforced against all the citizens and in all the territory. We will work to strengthen the legal system in order for it to be strong and independent.

Civil liberty is no less important than economic freedom. We will strengthen Israel as a liberal democracy: defend individual rights, promote civil marriage, full equality of rights for LGBT and non-incrimination of cannabis consumers.

We are national-liberal based on Jabotinsky's spirit, and at the same time not to forget that we are first and foremost Israeli. Ideological differences and politics are a daily necessity, but the value of national unity and Betar honor towards political adversary is the supreme principle.
The public sector must be strengthened and its activities must focus on the necessary areas: security, education, health, etc. It is appropriate to reduce government involvement in activities of an economic nature. The Israel Broadcasting Authority and the Ports Authority are examples of the state's failure in these areas. In addition, the public sector should be streamlined: managing personnel, increasing transparency, and strengthening the ability to implement policies and decisions.

Because this is the best way to promote practical and ethical change in the political system. Because the Likud is our only political home, and it is a democratic movement that enables each of its members to influence its path.
Our responsibility as a national-liberal public is to act in order to preserve its identity and values against ideological ideas and influences that are contrary to our path. Because if we do not take responsibility for the political system, it will not represent us.
Be a member and Join us!
What do we represent
Responsible and pragmatic right wing nationalism, pragmatic right wing economy, secolar and liberal democracy and dignified talk.
Why we founded 'Nativ BaLikud'?
The Likud Party is our political home - Jabotinsky's party. In recent years, however, the house has suffered from the blurring of the liberal identity that characterized it. Many members of the liberal-nationalist camp feel they are being pushed to the margins of their party, and many of them, mainly young, are becoming "Likud disappinters."
If you feel part of those people - we need you!
We have a party. It is the ruling party through which we can have a very significant impact on our lives here. Even if we do not agree with all the voices that exist in it - is still the closest thing there is, and it is worth fighting for it's image and soul. That's how it is in a democracy - it only works if you use it. We have to decide that we take responsibility for our political home - we'll return the liberal national public to the center of national action.
That's exactly why we founded Nativ
We will lead a large and influential liberal national group in the Likud. We will reach the centers and the Knesset, shake hands, talk with everyone, and work together with our friends in the various groups to advance common goals. If we want the party to listen to us, it is not enough to wave a quote from Jabotinsky. We have to be in the room and make our voices heard.
Join us in the Likud. Together we will organize large and influential force, unite the liberal forces, and fight for the only political house we have.
The change begins with joining the Likud. We need a large force of "Mitpakdim".

The security policy of the State of Israel must protect its citizens and residents in Israel and around the world. According to Jabotinsky's "iron wall", the state must prevent war and terrorist threats by means of political, military, intelligence, and deterrent measures. Peace is a result of strength - security, political and economic. Therefore, security will bring peace, not vice versa.
We believe that at this time, it is not possible to reach an agreed permanent solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Past experience shows that under the current conditions, reckless risks should not be taken as long as the Palestinian side has not demonstrated the will, the commitment and the ability to convene a final and practical agreement.
In the current situation, the Palestinians are divided into two rival governments that seek to overthrow each other by violent means, and both talk about the expulsion of Jews from Tel Aviv. There are no basic conditions for reaching a political solution. Moreover, even assuming that there is a theoretical agreement with the Fatah government in Judea and Samaria, it can not be implemented because the Fatah government depends de facto on the IDF in order to survive the subversion of Hamas and the other factions.
Therefore, in the short and medium term, we support a policy aimed at stabilizing the situation as much as possible, based on shared interests between us and the Palestinian Authority. We will support the development of joint civilian infrastructure and the promotion of policies that will benefit the quality of life of the Palestinian population and enable quiet, stability and economic prosperity that will create better future conditions. At the same time, Israel must consolidate the settlement blocks in Judea and Samaria and continue to build wherever there is a solid Jewish majority and a strategic security interest. In any future arrangement, the aspiration will be for the maximum area with a maximum of Jews and a minimum of Palestinians.
In the long term, we believe that reality will allow for the establishment of an autonomous and demilitarized Palestinian entity that will not have the status of a state with which we will live in peaceful relations and neighborly relations. The Palestinian entity will enjoy full self-rule in civilian areas, with security and political limitations. A future agreement with this entity will have to meet seven key threshold conditions:
Nativ encourages a free market economy based on private initiative, competition and exploitation of the economy's relative advantage.
We will promote an economic policy that will allow entrepreneurship, growth and competition in the business sector, and equality of opportunity for all Israeli citizens. Thus, the State of Israel will be able to realize the tremendous potential inherent in its human capital.
The bureaucratic burden and the high tax burden in Israel should be reduced. It is inconceivable that half of a worker's salary would be taxed in government and the remaining part would be used for local taxation - in return for low quality government services and disgraceful efficiency. Reducing the tax burden will enable citizens to significantly improve the quality of their life by means of a range of products and services of a private and competitive market and to lead to a general rise in the standard of living and economic growth. In addition, the regulatory requirements and the costly bureaucracy that burdens citizens and businesses should be reduced.
In our view, one of the main problems in the economy today is the use of the government (through budgets and regulation) to prefer narrow interests of interest groups, over broad interests of the general public. The Standards Institute is a striking example of a government mechanism that blocks competition, monitors innovation and causes a significant increase in the cost of living. Another striking example is the excessive power of the labor unions of the powerful government monopolies - such as the Israel Electric Corporation, the Israel Airports Authority and the Israeli seaports and railways. Promoting the principles of free economy and private initiative will decentralize power and prevent exploitation of it.
Solutions exist and are well known, what is missing is the political motivation to promote them. Reforms and legislative changes, such as the adoption of international standards and standards (such as European financial regulation and standartization), and the implementation of a mandatory arbitration law for government monopolies can lead to significant changes in the quality of life of citizens. In addition, we will act to reduce government involvement in the economy and reduce taxes, reduce government bureaucracy, reduce tariffs and encourage economic entrepreneurship.
We support limited government intervention in cases of market failures, with the aim of creating equal opportunities for all citizens. We therefore support broad government investment in quality education, a public health system, the preservation of the people's army and the existence of a basic welfare system that will serve as a safety net that will enable people to improve their situation, but will not encourage citizens to leave the labor market. We oppose the administration of the economy by the government, the deep intervention in the markets and the failed attempts to create "equality in results" among the country's citizens.
Israel is a Jewish and democratic state. There can be no dispute about this.
The rule of law is a central value to be respected. Integrity and law enforcement must be consistently and systematically observed.
A constitution must be established in which government institutions will be established and human and civil rights protected. The constitution will express both the fact that the State of Israel is the nation-state of the Jewish people and its democratic character. In this context determines that the state will protect the individual rights of all its citizens without exception. The constitution will consolidate the independent position of the three branches of government - the legislative, the executive and the judicial - with the balance between them and the ability of the elected government to govern.
We will work to promote legislation that will enable alternative marriage tracks, which do not exist today, full equality of rights for LGBT, to protect the right to privacy and non-incrimination of cannabis consumers.
As a democratic and liberal state, the rights of the individual and especially the rights of the minority must be protected.
Each of us can be in a minority group - women and men, Muslims, Druze, Christians, Circassians and Bedouins, Haredim, traditional and secular, new immigrants and veterans. The basic principles of policy should be equality before the law and equal opportunities. The gap between Arab society and Jewish society should be narrowed. The first step will be access to quality, resource-rich education. The second step will be investment in infrastructure (transportation, employment, sanitation, electricity and communications) so that all citizens and respondents will enjoy basic conditions and will have the opportunity to thrive.
Laws have value only if they are enforced. The rule of law in the State of Israel does not apply equally to all regions of the state. The State of Israel must ensure that the law is enforced in all its regions - in the city and in the village, in the state center and in the periphery, and in relation to all its citizens, without discrimination. The enforcement and sovereignty of the State of Israel should be increased, especially in the periphery and near the borders. This is especially true of personal security, tax collection and issues of property and land rights - both private and public.
A fair and strong rule of law depends on the existence of an independent legal system and on an ongoing effort to prevent corruption. The law enforcement system must be protected - from the inside and outside - so that it can protect us.
The public sector is an important and essential part of the state and of the Zionist vision.
Government involvement is essential in the areas of national security, personal security, the legal system and education, health and welfare systems. In some areas, we believe that the state should budget equally, but not necessarily operate the activity (eg in education). In other areas, there is no need for direct government activity, and government supervision should be satisfied by means of thin and wise regulation.
For example, in the field of communications, it has been proven that the government administration of the Israel Broadcasting Authority created a costly, inefficient and inefficient mechanism that wasted public funds for many years on low-quality products. Government activity in the areas of trade and logistics, for example, the seaports in Ashdod and Haifa, was also a failure.
The state must be responsible for providing public services to its citizens and residents. The rest of the government services should be privatized where possible and supervised only when necessary. On this issue, Israel should learn from successful and prosperous countries such as Switzerland, which implement the principles of a small and wise government.
At the same time, the public sector must be strengthened and its quality improved: to increase government transparency, the autonomy of the local government, to correct the problematic payment ethic of the state, and to combat corruption and exploitation of power. A basic condition for strengthening the public sector is a comprehensive reform of the personnel management mechanism. The current system does not enable effective recruitment, management and mobility of employees - and any system in which managers do not have the tools and the ability to activate incentives and sanctions - will sink to mediocrity and low productivity. This is not a decree of fate.
Because this is the best way to promote practical and ethical change in the political system. Because the Likud is our only political home, and it is a democratic movement that enables each of its members to influence its path. Our responsibility as a national-liberal public is to act in order to preserve its identity and values in the face of ideas and ideological influences that are contrary to our path. Because if we do not take responsibility for the political system, it will not represent us.
Well, since there are very few people who do it. These are the numbers:
The Likud party has about 100,000 registered members.
Only about 50% of the party's members vote in the primaries - that is ~50,000 active members.
Almost a million citizens voted for the Likud in the last general elections.
The voters choose the composition of the Likud party's list in the elections. It is a democratic force with a significant influence. The numbers needed to influence the Likud list are not large. Sometimes the difference between the candidates in the primaries is only dozens of votes, and the war over the support of the party's members is great.
An example of the party's last primaries:
First place - Gilad Erdan with 38,000 votes, Miri Regev (4th place) received 33,000 votes, MK Nava Boker entered the new women's postion with about 5,505 votes and Oren Hazan entered the new young position with only 5,986 votes. MK Tzipi Hotovely defeated MK Avi Dichter with a slim margin of 101 votes, which promised her 20th place, and pushed Dichter to 26th place, which was considered unrealistic before the elections.
In a reality where primaries are so close - an organized group of hundreds of people becomes a significant political force, and certainly when we grow into a united and organized force of thousands of liberal nationalists, our influence on the image of the ruling party will be considerable. A functioning group is able to leverage its power by cooperating with other functional groups on issues that they see eye to eye - and thus creating broad coalitions for the purpose of advancing goals.Nitiv in the Likud maintains constant ties with all groups of Likud members and we will join forces where we see an opportunity to advance our principles.
Two important points:
Nativ in the Likud conducts joint activities in a variety of spheres - direct activity vis-à-vis the Likud elected officials, activity in the branches, organization of circles, and new media. You can decide what level of activity is right for you - but we encourage all of our activists to help resonate with our messages on the social networks, but also to go out of the screens to the branches and organize group meetings by bringing a friend. In the end, the Likud is a party of territory, and the presence of the presence and the pressing of the hands is paramount. It is impossible to be an influential party in the Likud only with the Facebook Lakers.
